The schedule of events are as follows:

• Do not nominate a person other than yourself.
• The deadline for nominations is June 7, 2024.
• Voting will begin on June 11, 2024 and conclude on June 21, 2024.
• Election results will be presented by June 28, 2024.
• The first meeting of the new Board will be on July 11, 2024.
