Webinar Record – What Non-Schedulers Should Know About Scheduling
December 20, 2022We are happy to announce a live webinar event on December 16 at 12:00 pm!
TITLE
What Non-Schedulers Should Know About Scheduling
TOPIC SUMMARY
Scheduling work for a project – large or small – is a key aspect of delivering the work on time and budget. It’s a professional discipline with vast nuances and varied techniques for achieving a project’s goals. But what is important for a “non-scheduler” to know about scheduling?
Join us as we walk through some concepts and key takeaways that might benefit your role within a project even as a non-scheduler – whether you manage costs or risks, as a contractor or an owner, or any of the other important aspects of successful project management.
And for those that are already professional schedulers who surely have seen and heard it all, you’re welcome to join as well! We encourage an open discussion from others’ perspectives.
