Erin Kirihara

Senior Vice President, Rider Levett Bucknall

Erin Kirihara is Senior Vice President of Rider Levett Bucknall’s North American Practice and Director in Charge of RLB in the Hawaii Region. She is a member of the firm’s North American Board of Directors and has made significant impact to Hawaii’s built environment throughout her career with RLB that spans more than 15 years and a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of landmark hospitality, commercial and mixed-use developments. Paired with her exceptional record for delivering on-time and on-budget projects, Erin’s contributions to local non-profit and industry organizations, including Child & Family Service and Urban Land Institute, have earned her recognition as an outstanding leader among Hawaii’s business community.

Cassie Idehara

Principal, Rider Levett Bucknall

Cassie Idehara is a Principal for RLB based in the Honolulu office who leads clients’ program success as it relates to construction costs and oversees performance of the Honolulu team specializing in cost estimating, project cost management and value analysis. Educated as a Quantity Surveyor, she has both national and international industry experience in Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Pacific spanning more than 25 years. Cassie is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and holds credentials as a Certified Construction Manager with the Construction Management Association of America.

Guia Lasquete

Associate Principal, Rider Levett Bucknall

Guia Lasquete is an Associate Principal for RLB with more than 25 years of national and international quantity surveying, cost management and project management experience. She leads RLB’s offices in Hilo and Waikoloa on the Island of Hawaii where she oversees the local team and their range of projects in the healthcare, commercial, hospitality and public sectors. She is active in the Hawaii Island community as a member of the Hawaii Leeward Planning Conference, Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce, and The Roman Catholic Church in Hawaii – Diocesan Planning & Building Commission. In addition, Guia represents Hawaii as a member of RLB’s Global Healthcare Committee.

Bronson Pai

Associate | Senior Project Manager & Preconstruction Lead, Rider Levett Bucknall

Bronson Pai is an Associate and Senior Project Manager for RLB with more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Bronson specializes in navigating the critical planning and pre-construction phases of a project and has contributed to the success of landmark developments and complex renovation projects across the islands. Beyond the construction site, he leads the firm’s independent economic research on the Hawaii market that will be presented during this presentation.

Blair Banker

Senior Project Manager & Senior Claims Manager | Advisory Services Lead, Rider Levett Bucknall

Blair Banker is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Claims Manager for RLB responsible for managing the firm’s Advisory Service Line in Hawaii. Blair’s expertise helps clients find fair resolutions to matters involving real estate and construction defects and claims. With more than four decades of experience in the construction industry, Blair has directed and consulted on projects valued from $500K to $2.0B in the Hawaii, Pacific and East Coast regions of North America.
