Last Friday, AACE Hawaii Section members and friends visited the American Savings Bank (ASB) Campus construction site, located west of downtown Honolulu.
The ASB Campus project is a new ground-up, 10-story office building that will serve as the headquarters of American Savings Bank in Hawaii. This project encompasses a total of 327,533 SF, of which 99,881 SF is office space spread over four floors with just over 11,000 SF of back-of-house support areas and lobby on the first level. The majority of the remaining square footage in the building is garage space for the capacity of 520 vehicles.
Mahalo to Paul Belshoff EIT, Project Manager and Construction Inspector for Rider Levett Bucknall, for arranging this site visit.
